Serving Africa better: strategic directions for the Economic Commission for Africa
This paper has been discussed by an interdivisional advisory committee within ECA and has been reviewed by 40 high-level African experts drawn from government, the private sector, academia and civil society, as well as the Bureau of the Commission. The final version of this paper will be discussed with potential international partners and presented to member states at the 31st session of the Commission to be held in May 1996.
