Evaluation of the activities conducted from 1976 to 1989 of the materials and equipment committee of the union of African railways (UAR) Kinshasa, Zaire
The objective of this paper is to evaluate the activities of the Materials and Equipment Committee of the Union of African Railways (UAR) in Kinshasa, Zaire during the period 1976 to 1989. In his telex no. 455 of 5 October 1989, the Secretary-General of UAR requested ECA to authorize Mr. Antoine Tchibozo, rail transport expert of the Transport, Communications and Tourism Division, to conduct an evaluation of the activities of the Materials and Equipment Committee of the Organization.
