Sector Note
The objective of this note is to foster the understanding of the World Bank, other development partners and non-governmental organizations in an evolving urban context. Given the political transition, the note assesses the status of urban service delivery and changes that have occurred, especially the impact on women. The note contributes to our understanding of the needs of the cities in Afghanistan and may help inform future programming and reforms.
