Compounds used for the treatment of bacterial infections, pharmaceutical compositions containing said compounds, method for identifying same and uses thereof
[EN] The invention relates to a series of compounds used to reduce or eliminate processes determining bacterial virulence and pathogenicity and bacterial adhesion to inert surfaces or cells, such as the production of adhesins, flagellar motility and the formation of bacterial biofilms and exopolysaccharides. Said compounds can be used for the production of antibacterial pharmaceutical compositions or antiseptic compositions for the treatment of a wide range of bacterial infections, such as, for example, E. coli, S. typhi, S. dysenteriae, V. cholerae, P. aeruginosa, H. pylori, L. monocytogenes, C. difficile and S. pyogenes. The invention also relates to a series of compounds that promote the bond between beneficial rhizobacteria and cells of plant roots. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for the identification of said compounds.
