Pollination, Harvest Criteria and Processing of the OxG Hybrid in Palmas and Extractora Monterrey S. A.

Pollination, harvesting and the processing of the major importance bunches in the productive system of the hybrid oil palm OxG. In these practices is shown the result of the agronomic practices and logistics in plantation and profit planting. In this ideas order, the present experiment had as objective characterize the raw material bunches in the extraction process of crude oil palm and its extraction rate. For this, it was considered the structure filling of bunches, ripening according to the one stablished in the phenology scale BBCH for oil palm and the contents were determined of extracted oil in lab and profit plant. The results show the impact of a good pollination and the cut of the bunches at ideal moment of harvesting, in productivity period considering signs as average weight of bunches (AWB) tons per hectare in a year (t/ her-year) and potentials and extraction rate of oil.
