El nacimiento de un nuevo sujeto político
El presente artículo académico trabaja sobre el escenario del triunfo de Lucio Gutiérrez en las últimas elecciones presidenciales en donde se marca el aparecimiento de un nuevo sujeto político en la escena ecuatoriana. Se trata, a no dudarlo, de un sujeto político con características inéditas; por lo tanto, nada tiene de aventurado decir que su aparecimiento inaugura un nuevo momento político para el país.
