Circuitos educativos diferenciados en el nivel inicial : estudio de la expansión fragmentada de la oferta en el territorio
En Argentina, la Ley de Educación Nacional incorporó al nivel inicial como parte constitutiva de la estructura oficial del sistema educativo, reconociendo el derecho a la educación a niños/as desde los 45 días a los 5 años. Sin embargo, frente a la homogeneidad normativa, la expansión del nivel inicial se está llevando adelante a través de un heterogéneo grupo de dispositivos y formatos no necesariamente equivalentes en términos de calidad. A razón de ello, el objetivo principal de nuestra investigación es analizar la implementación de las políticas de expansión de la oferta en el nivel inicial, desde 2006 hasta 2016 en la Provincia de Buenos Aires, en La Matanza y en González Catán, haciendo foco en los modos en que se configuran y expresan los circuitos educativos diferenciados que componen la oferta del nivel inicial en el marco de un territorio concreto. In Argentina, the National Education Law incorporated the preschool as a constituent part of the official structure of the education system, recognizing the right to education for children from 45 days to 5 years. However, in the face of normative homogeneity, the expansion of the preschool is being carried forward through a heterogeneous group of devices and formats that are not necessarily equivalent in terms of quality. As a result, the main objective of our research is to analyze the implementation of supply expansion policies at the preschool, from 2006 to 2016 in the Province of Buenos Aires, in La Matanza and in Gonzalez Catan, focusing on the ways in which the differentiated educational circuits that make up the preschool offer are configured and expressed within the framework of a specific territory.
