El proyecto educativo de la Escuela Superior de Guerra Conjunta : estudio sobre sus fundamentos políticos, doctrinarios y experiencia de implementación, Argentina, 2006 - 2010.
Este trabajo estudia una cuestión clave de la educación de los Oficiales Jefes y Superiores de las Fuerzas Armadas, la “educación conjunta”, y su importancia para la política de Defensa Nacional en la Argentina en el siglo XXI. En particular enfoca la experiencia de la Escuela Superior de Guerra Conjunta y su contribución al fortalecimiento del instrumento militar. En el diseño, desarrollo y resultados de esta tesis hemos dialogado con enfoques teóricos e investigaciones sobre el gobierno político de la defensa, relaciones civiles-militares y educación militar en las Fuerzas Armadas Argentinas. De esta manera, la investigación analiza los fundamentos políticos y doctrinarios que definieron la creación de la Escuela Superior de Guerra Conjunta por la conducción política de la Defensa; las orientaciones doctrinarias, institucionales y curriculares objetivadas en su proyecto; y las interpretaciones sobre esas experiencias producidas por funcionarios del Ministerio de defensa, la conducción de las Fuerzas Armadas en el área de educación, directivos, profesores y alumnos de esa escuela. This work studies a key point of education chiefs and superiors officers of the Armed Forces, the "joint education", and its importance for national defense policy in Argentina policy in the 21st century. In particular it focuses on the experience of the “Escuela Superior de Guerra Conjunta” and its contribution to the strengthening of the military instrument. In the design, development and results of this thesis we spoke with theoretical with approaches and research on the political government of the defense, civilian-military relations and military education in the Argentine Armed Forces. In this way, the research analyzes the political and canonical bases that defined the creation of the “Escuela Superior de Guerra Conjunta” by the political leadership of the defence; the doctrinaire, institutional orientations and curriculum in its project; and the interpretations on these experiences by officials of the Ministry of Defense, the leaderships of Armed Forces in the area of education, directors, teachers and students of this school.
