Resumen en español: "Las prácticas agrícolas que valoran la naturaleza y reducen el daño ambiental son alternativas al sistema agroalimentario dominante. Es tan amplia la relación entre el agro y nosotros, que se han formado la Red de Huertos Escolares, el proyecto “Laboratorios para la vida” y otras iniciativas que buscan masificar la agroecología y procurar alimento sostenible y saludable a cada vez mayor escala. "
