Elaboration des méthodes de détection de la capture des ions Pb et Cd par réaction qualitative des bactéries lactiques

In this article we give the results of definition of ability of lactic acid bacteria to interact with ions of heavy metals. We developed method of lactic acid bacteria's ability definition to adsorb lead and cadmium ions on qualitative reaction. 3 cultures of 6 observable strains of lactic acid bacteria isolated from camel milk and shubat have showed this ability. The developer was the mixture of concentrated HCl with saturated solution of Na2S.
