Following previous planning and preparation workshop and technical meetings, this course was presented as an initial KKU-IRRI-Cirad joint activity, funded by the Asia IT&C, EU project. For this training, funds were also given by the Regional Cooperation Office of the Embassy of France in Bangkok.
