Vegetable crops : choice of varieties in the humid tropics of the caribbean. IRAT/CIRAD recommendations
A la Martinique, le CIRAD/IRAT contribue depuis de nombreuses années à l'amélioration du choix de variétés de cultures léguminières par l'aide à la création de variétés avec la collaboration d'autres instituts comme l'INRA ou par le criblage de variétés existantes crées principalement par des compagnies semencières. Les critères de choix de variétés sont décrites ici pour les principales espèces maraîchères : melon, concombre, citrouille, chou, aubergine, poivron, tomate, laitue, carotte et oignon
