Field varietal susceptibility of several groups of citrus to Phaeoramularia angolensis in a rain forest zone

Field varietal sensibility of Citrus leaf and fruit spot induced by #Phaeoramularia angolensis# was tested. The study was carried out in the orchard of the rain forest zone of the Agronomic Research Station of Nkolbisson (Yaoundé) that is comprising one hundred varieties and cultivars of Citrus. For assessing the severity of damages on the leaves and the fruits, the KREMER and UNTERSTENHOFER infection percentage was calculated. It analysis showed that there is not a direct relationship between the leaves and the fruits infection percentage; and has enabled us to establish a scale of sensibility for the considered varieties, both on leaves and fruits.
