Lipase lipbl and the applications thereof
[EN] The invention relates to the use of the lipase LipBL for the hydrolysis of different substrates selected from pnitrophenols, tributyrin, Tween 80, oils, chiral and prochiral substrates, fish oil, peracetylated sugars or nitrocefm, and to an enzymatic method for the regioselective monodeprotection of peracetylated sugars for producing monodeacetylated sugars.
