Plant Genetic Resources in the CGIAR: Elements of a Policy Statement
Discussion paper on the role and policy of the CGIAR in its future work on plant genetic resources. Presented at TAC 43, it recommends the CGIAR explore possibilities for establishing a formal, permanent committee or working group devoted to genetic resources collection, conservation, distribution, and improvement, and to coordinating work between Centers' genetic resources units and IBPGR.
