Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Thailand and IRRI
Memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Thailand and IRRI to review an interregional research programme on methane emission from rice fields at Bansang, Prachinburi, Thailand. Sponsors of the project are UNDP and GEF. The MOU was signed on September 21, 1993 by Klaus Lampe, Director General, IRRI and Montri Rumakom for Thailand.
