Inclusion of the International Fertilizer Development Center in the CGIAR System
Contains TAC's recommendations to the CGIAR concerning its response to a request from the United States for CGIAR support to the International Fertilizer Development Center (IFDC). The report of a TAC mission which visited IFDC in January 1979 is attached. TAC recommended against direct CGIAR support to IFDC.
