2003 CGIAR Annual Report : Impact Everybody's Business
Annual report of the CGIAR covering the calendar year 2003. Contents include: an introductory message from Ian Johnson, Chairman and Francisco Reifschneider, Director, a Science Council perspective by Per Pinstrup-Andersen and a World Bank-CGIAR partnership perspective by Kevin Cleaver. The India-CGIAR partnership is reviewed by Mangala Rai and the CGIAR's impact since it's founding is discussed by Hans Gregersen. Also featured are CGIAR centers individual success stories from 2003, descriptions of the new performance measurement activities, challenge programs, and science and communications awards.
