Factor Oriented Research: TAC Secretariat Note
TAC Secretariat note responding to an appeal by attendees at the May 1979 CGIAR meeting for explanation as to the rationales behind five priority areas identified by TAC for possible new initiatives by the Group. These were tropical vegetables, water management, plant pest and disease physiology and ecology, food policy and aquaculture.
