CGIAR Resource Allocation: Developing and Financing the CGIAR Research Agenda
Fourth of the CGIAR Financial Guidelines series as revised in December 1998 to reflect decisions made at CGIAR International Centers Week in October of that year. This series provides the centers with instructions how to prepare their annual program and budget submissions for review by TAC and the CGIAR Secretariat, and consideration by the CGIAR itself. CGIAR financing arrangements are described in full.There are four attachments. The first contains the answers to 32 questions about the CGIAR research agenda and its financing. Attachment 2 is the proposed logical framework for the CGIAR, as approved for implementation by ICW 1998. Attachment 3 describes the CGIAR project portfolio, and Attachment 4 outlines the tables to be completed by centers in submitting their proposals.
