TAC Chairman's Report at CGIAR Mid Term Meeting, 1999
Report by TAC Chair Don Winkelmann to the CGIAR Mid Term Meeting 1999 on TAC activities since ICW 1998, including TAC 76 in March of 1999. Activities were reported under three categories:1. assuring the quality and relevance of Center science - including TAC's conduct of external program and management reviews;2. developing priorities and strategies, recommending resource allocation, and monitoring implementation of programs; and3. reviewing strategic considerations within the external environment.
