TAC Chair’s Report to CGIAR International Centers Week 2000
Report by TAC Chair Emil Javier to the CGIAR meeting in October 2000 on the activities of TAC since the CGIAR 2000 Mid Term Meeting., in particular TAC 79. Topics covered were assuring the quality and relevance of center science; developing priorities and strategies, recommending resource allocations, monitoring implementation of the program, reviewing strategic considerations in the context of the external environment, and ensuring assessment of the System's impact. Javier also referred to TAC's work on the vision and strategy exercise.
