System Review Follow Up: Global Information Sharing
Response by the Center Directors Committee (CDC) to Recommendation 6 of the System Review relating to global information sharing. The directors were opposed to developing a separate CGIAR-managed system for agricultural knowledge, but instead proposed various ways in which the contribution of the centers to global knowledge sharing could be enhanced.Agenda document, CGIAR Mid Term Meeting, May 1999, discussed under the heading of Consultative Council Propositions on Science.
