System Review Follow Up: Capacity Building
Response by the Center Directors Committee (CDC) to Recommendation 8 of the System Review relating to capacity building. The Directors concurred with the System Review Panel that the CGIAR should maintain its emphasis on capacity building without creating a new mechanism for this purpose.Agenda document, CGIAR Mid Term Meeting, May 1999, discussed under the heading of Consultative Council Propositions on Science.
