Summary of an Investigation of Collaboration between IARCs and European Research Institutes
Paper summarizing the results of an investigation conducted by R. Binsack on collaborative relationships between CGIAR centers and research institutes in European donor countries. The study covered a two year period between 1984 and 1986. It described current forms of collaboration between IARCs and European research institutes, with recommendations for their improvement as well as areas of potential future collaboration.
