Starvation Threatens Rwanda - "Seeds of Hope" Program to Restore its Crippled Agriculture
CGIAR news release describing the Group's Seeds of Hope initiative aimed at replacing Rwanda's seed stock which had been destroyed or consumed during the country's civil war and ethnic genocide, and hopefully precluding the need for hundreds of thousands of tons of emergency food aid from developed countries.
