Revised Terms of Reference and Guidelines for External Programme Review Panels
There are two related documents in this file. The first provides revised terms of reference for panels charged with conducting external program reviews of IARCs. The second constitutes guidelines for those panels. The documents were discussed at TAC 48 and approved at 49, and at CGIAR International Centers Week, October - November 1989.
