The leaves we eat written by John Bailey and produced by the South Pacific Commission, was first printed in 1992 with financial assistance from USAID. Due to popular demand the book has been reprinted this year, with financial assistance from CTA. The 97-page booklet provides new information about Pacific green leafy vegetables. New nutrient data are discussed, together with some relevant health issues which are now of growing importance in the Pacific.
