New working documents launched 1

New working documents launched CTA has launched a new series of working documents. They consist of material that in view of its immediate relevance and practical utility to specific readerships may be made available without the delays sometimes inherent in the formal publication process. Specific works, such as findings of recent or on-going CTA research projects, can thus be made available to directly concerned readers with optimal topicality, but without the complete editing process that is part of CTA's standard publishing procedures. The first titles on Scientific periodicals (CTA number 8001) and Resource Guide to Urban Agriculture (8002) were mentioned in Spore 80 and 82. More titles apperared in June: The Role of International and Non-governmental Organisations in Information Support for Agricultural Policy Formulation in Kenya, CTA number 8003. Information Support for Agricultural Policy Formulation in Africa: Role of Non-governmental Organisations and Research Institutes, CTA number 8004. Information Support for Agricultural Policy Formulation in Africa: Role of International Organisations, CTA number 8005. The Role of International and Non-governmental Organisations in Information Support for Agricultural Policy Formulation in Ghana, CTA number 8006. The titles published in English and French: Review of the Impact of Globalisation on the Agricultural Sectors and Rural Communities of ACP Countries, CTA number 8007. These working documents will be available free of charge (and free of credit points) to specified requestors. When appropriate, new titles in the series will be mentioned in Spore. Subscribers to the PDS, please use your publications order forms to request copies.
