En este video, destacadas figuras latinoamericanas destacan el trabajo y legado del economista chileno Ricardo Ffrench-Davis, quien dictó la XV Cátedra Prebisch en la sede de la CEPAL en Santiago, Chile. La Cátedra Prebisch se estableció en abril de 2001, al cumplirse 100 años del nacimiento del economista argentino Raúl Prebisch, ex Secretario Ejecutivo de la CEPAL y uno de sus principales inspiradores.
