Overview of Transport in Latin America and the Caribbean in the Year 2000
The outlook for inter-modal transport in Latin America at the end of 1999 was a complex one, fraught with uncertainties and unresolved issues. On the other hand, things came into sharper focus in the year 2000 and several major projects were launched.
