Focused Analysis: Business Integrity in Water and Sanitation Utilities
This document is part of the series called AquaRating Focused Analyses, which addresses, in a detailed way, relevant issues within the provision of water and sanitation services. The Focused Analyses are intended to establish a method and criteria for the characterization and assessment of a particular aspect of the management of the provision of said services in matters such as innovation, climate change, water losses and, as in the case of this document, integrity in a water and sanitation service provider. This document is the result of a collaborative effort between the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Water Integrity Network (WIN).
