From Information to Actionable Intelligence: Adapting Governments to Data Analytics
Digital transformation leads to improved analysis and use of data. Through this transformation, the public sector can implement more efficient and effective policies. Although many governments recognize the importance of having an adequate data infrastructure, it is not yet reliable enough in many countries. Data analysis involves several challenges, as well as technical and organizational initiatives that facilitate the development of better public infrastructures, procedures, and services. This report presents three case studies that show how sustainable, successful, and capable data analysis teams can be established within different public sector organizational structures.
