Microenterprise Development Review: Volume 6 : No. 1 : July, 2003
This issue of Microenterprise Development Review examines using leasing in microfinance which is typically an unexplored instrument in Latin America and the Caribbean. Also discussed are the use of business groupings, or clusters, for the use of improving the competitiveness of small and microenterprises. The examples of Córdoba in Argentina and Otavalo in Ecuador are described.
