Lake Victoria Environment Management Project (LVEMP). Implementation Completion Report. Final Report.
The Implementation Completion Report (ICR) documents the implementation performance of Lake Victoria Environmental Management Project (LVEMP) from the time it was appraised in 1996 to the time it was closed in December 2005. The ICR: (a) assesses the soundness and relevance of LVEMP's development objectives, project design, and achievement of objectives and outcomes; (b) analyses the constraints and factors that affected the implementation and achievement of outputs and outcomes; and (c) draws key lessons from the implementation experiences which may be taken into account in formulating future programmes.
