Изменчивость некоторых физиологических показателей радужной форели при выращивании в морских садках.

The article deals with the variability in a number of rainbow trout muscle and liver indices depending upon the size, sex, maturity and annual cycle during the rearing in marine cages. Out of the indices studied fat content and relative liver weight are characterized by the largest variability. Fish size influence only the muscle indices - condition and biochemical composition. Sexual differences occur during the gonad maturation and are expressed mainly by the various levels of changes. Mature females have the largest general amplitude of changes. The data on the gonads development are given. From sexual aspect, condition and dry matter and fat content increase within the period of intensive feeding and growth (summer, early autumn) and decrease in winter. Similarity in seasonal dynamics of the studied indices in mature and immature fishes confirms the existence of inner rhythmic in the processes of metabolism. A conclusion is made that when the considered indices are used as criteria of physiological state of fish, the size, sex, maturation stage and the season of observations should be taken into account.
