Biotest analysis of surface water toxicity: methodical aspects

Ecotoxicology has developed a large number of bioassay techniques and regulatory and methodological documentation for their use. Usually, the methods of bioassay suggest the use of only one test object. The information received is one-sided. The priority area of the bioassay development is the application of a battery test. However, the problem of assessing the ecotoxicological state of ecosystems remains open. It is difficult, albeit necessary, to develop a universal assessment scale for the whole variety of water bodies and types of pollution and types of pollution.
