Survey of physico- chemical param eters in water within fish cage culture establishm ent (before fish breeding) in the Southern Caspian Sea (Mazandaran waters - Kelarabad)

This study was carried out in the Southern Caspian Sea region and on the coast of Mazandaran in the Clarabad region, which was considered as the location of marine cages. Sampling was carried out seasonally over a year. Sampling was done using a 48 hp boat. Sampling of surface depths of 10 and 20 meters in four seasons was carried out in spring, autumn and winter. Sampling from depths of surface, 10 and 20 meters in four seasons was carried out in spring, summer, autumn and winter. Samples taken from all lines were transferred to laboratories from different depths in plastic containers of 1 liter under Proper conditions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the physico-chemical factors of water including air and water temperature, salinity, transparency, dissolved oxygen, DO%, pH, EC, TN, DOP, DIN, DON, NO2 , NO3 , NH4 + , PO4 , and TP. The results showed that the surface water temperature in these three stations fluctuated from 11° C in the winter to 30° C in the summer. The lowest range of water temperature changes is 20 meters deep at 9.5° C. The average annual water transparency is estimated at 4.50 m. The range of pH changes from 8.13 to 8.78 in autumn. The maximum amount of dissolved oxygen per year in the surface layer was 10.37 mg /l, and the lowest was about 6.64 mg /l at a depth of 20 meters. Minimum concentration of nitrogen, including nitrite, nitrate and ammonium, was 0.26, 19.02 and 1.00 µg /l, and maximum was 3.7, 75.67 and 49.3, respectively. The maximum total nitrogen concentration in the winter season was at the East station and at least in the autumn and at the central station. Also, the concentration of nutrients (nitrogen and phosphorus) in addition to the increasing trend from the west to the east, and the amount of nutrients at the water level increases the designated stations. Mineral phosphorus concentration is highest in summer of 18.08 and the lowest in autumn is 6.15 µg /l. In this study, maximum total phosphorus concentration in spring was 44.45µg /l and at least 14.11µg /l in autumn.
