Partition of protein from sea urchin: Diadema setosum in different salts
The results are presented of an experiment conducted on sea urchin (Diadema setosum ) protein partitioning. Different salts were used to partition the proteins; it was found that the higher the molecular weight of the salts, the higher the partition required for the protein.
