Cluster thinning effects on grape composition of Sangiovese in high altitude regions of Santa Catarina State - Brazil.

Crop load adjustrnent is widely accepted as an important vineyard management tool for premium-quality wine production. However, little information is available on high altitude regions of Santa Catarina State - Brazil. The purpose of the present experiment was to study rhe effect of crop adjustement by cluster thinning on rhe rare of grape ripening and final fruu composition of Sangiovesc. grapevine.
