Estrutura da comunidade da fauna edáfica em fragmentos florestais na Restinga da Marambaia, RJ.
Propô-se, no presente estudo, avaliar a complexidade ecológica da comunidade dos invertebrados do solo em dois fragmentos florestais (FF) sujeitos a encharcamento, na Restinga da Marambaia, RJ. Formicidae foi o grupo predominante; não houve preferência marcante dos grupos em relação sos compartimentos solo/serrapilheira. FF 1, com menor grau de saturação hídrica do solo, apresentou maior diversidade de grupos, enquanto FF 2, sujeito à maior saturação por água, indicou maior densidade de indivíduos e maior riqueza de grupos. O bom estado de funcionamento do ecossistema foi atestado pela presença de grupos característicos de ambientes não perturbados. The present study was carried out to evaluate the ecological complexity of the community of edaphic invertebrates in two flooded forest fragments (FF), in restinga of Marambaia, RJ. Formicidae was the predominant group, and there was not any preference by the groups for the compartments soil/litter. FF 1, with the lesser degree of soil saturation, presented higher diversity, while FF 2, with the highest saturation, presented greater density of individuals and greater richness of groups. Some groups of the edaphic fauna that are only collected in not disturbed environments were collected in Marambaia, which showed the good functioning of Restinga's ecosystem.
