Characterization of antibiotic resistance genes and identification of mobile elements in the gastrointestinal microbiome of Nelore bulls.

The purpose of this study was to explore 916 metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) from the rumen and feces of 52 Nelore bulls (Bos indicus), in order to characterize ARGs and identify mobile elements.
