Uso de mão de obra em sistemas agroflorestais agroecológicos: um estudo de caso na região de Ribeirão Preto, SP.
Resumo: Os Sistemas Agroflorestais ? SAFs constituem uma estratégia produtiva agroecológica de crescente interesse para os agricultores familiares. Frente à relativa escassez de informações sistematizadas quanto ao desempenho econômico destes sistemas, a Embrapa Meio Ambiente e parceiros iniciaram em julho de 2015 uma pesquisa voltada ao monitoramento e avaliação econômica de SAFs em parcelas de agricultores da Região N/NE do estado de São Paulo. No presente artigo são apresentados dados referentes ao uso de mão de obra em uma parcela de SAF agroecológico no Assentamento Sepé Tiaraju, na qual foram coletados dados quali-quantitativos ao longo de um ano, com visitas de campo periódicas e a coleta das anotações registradas pelo agricultor. Com base nestes dados, apresentamos uma discussão preliminar sobre o fluxo de mão de obra e o tempo gasto em cada tipo de operação de manejo, visando identificar fatores limitantes e as melhorias técnicas necessárias para otimização destes sistemas. Abstract: The Agroforestry System constitute an agroecological productive strategy of crescent concernment for family agriculture farmers. Given to the relative scarcity of systematized information on relation to economic performance of this system, the Embrapa Meio Ambiente and copartners started in July 2015 a research associated to monitoring and economic evaluation of agroforestry of farmers in the N/NE São Paulo state Region. In this article are presented dates relative to the use of labor in a portion of agroecological agroforestry in the Sepé Tiaraju Settlement, where it was collected qualitative and quantitative data during a year, with periodic field visits and the collect of the annotations registered by the farmer. Based on these data, this research present a preliminary discussion about the labor flow and the time spent in each type of management operation, aiming to identify limiting factors and the technical improvements necessary to optimize these systems.
