Compartive phenolic profile and antiradical activity of syrah wine and its manufature by-products.
The aim of the present study wasto characterize the phenolic profile and evaluate the anti radica lactivity of wine making by-products produced with Syrah grapes grownin São Francisco Valley, Brazil.
