Leguminosas da caatinga como adubo verde em sorgo forrageiro cultivado em solo degradado.
Resumo: Objetivou-se avaliar o desenvolvimento de plantas de sorgo em solo degradado, sob adubação com leguminosas. Os tratamentos consistiam em três resíduos de leguminosas, duas formas de aplicação e um tratamento adicional sem aplicação de leguminosas. Foram mensurados os parâmetros: altura da planta, diâmetro de colmo, contagem do numero de folhas, área foliar e a medida indireta de clorofila. A cultura do sorgo respondeu de forma satisfatória a adubação. [Caatinga legumes as green manure in sorghum grown on degraded land]. Abstract: The aim of this study was to evaluate the development of sorghum plants in degraded soil, under fertilizing with legumes. The treatments consisted of three residues of legumes, two forms of application and an additional treatment without application of legumes. Were measured parameters: plant height, diameter of stem, counting the number of leaves, leaf area and the indirect measurement of chlorophyll. The sorghum crop responded satisfactorily to fertilizing.
