Using hyperspectral images and the Fusarium Index for estimating deoxynivalenol concentration in wheat kernels.
This paper presents a deeper study on the use of FI for estimating the DON concentration in wheat kernels, having as basis the original Fusarium Index algorithm and a comprehensive and carefully labeled image dataset.
