Next Generation Amplicon Sequencing of Blastocystis from human children in Colombia
Next generation amplicon sequencing of 71 samples of fecal DNA from humans to explore the genetic diversity of Blastocystis . Blastocystis-specific PCR primers were used to amplify the SSU rRNA gene prior to sequencing.
