Plum pox virus populations in peach and American plum
Plum pox virus (PPV) is serious disease of stone fruits. In this study we used high throughput sequencing to characterize plum pox virus populations in peach GF 305 (Prunus persica) and American plum (Prunus americana) after initial aphid inoculation and after two cycles of cold induced dormancy.
