RNA sequencing study of Phaseolus vulgaris interaction with NAD+ againest Halo Blight
To further investigate the function of NAD+ in snap bean against halo blight caused by Pseudomonas syringae pv. phaseolicola, we investigated NAD+-induced transcriptomic changes using the Illumina RNA-seq technology. Total RNA was extracted from samples collected at 0, 4, 24, 36 h after treatment with NAD+ for snap bean. The pathogen inoculation was carried out at 24 h. Mock treatment with water was included as the control.
