Next Generation Amplicon Sequencing of Blastocystis from Chickens in Brazil
Next generation sequencing (NGS) of 44 samples of fecal DNA from chickens to detect and characterize Blastocystis subtypes . Blastocystis-specific primers were used to amplify the SSU rRNA gene.
